Have you ever heard of the game F-Zero? You should check out the guitar arranged sound track. This song kinda reminds me of that. Its not insanely complex or shreddy but well written and with a good feeling. Good phrasing too. check /watch?v=uTM6argJt60 It has a lot of really great rock vibes. I know it sounds silly, but I get a lot of my motivation from video games haha.

Thanks & glad you enjoyed it. I've moved past the shreddy stuff. Although I still do it when I need to. But it's allabout the composition & the song now. Has been for a while. But I do still shred, & probably will on a few tunes one way or another. There will always be some burst of speed. But I do ahve some real slow songs now to w/allot of feel. More ala Andy Timmonsish. He's s the man. Maybe my msuic should be in a video game, haha. That would be cool Thanks. Rock on!

I just figured out why I hadn't heard this one before...it seems that even after all of this time I never got around to clicking the SUBSCRIBE button for some reason...that's a lick on me, huh? Man I LOVE those blistering chops! I have been playing for like 45 years and I don't think I have the coordination between my picking and fingering to do that and it's driving me nuts. Awesome job, Troy! You're my HERO, dude!

Thanks my brother. I guess I assumed you had seen all of my vids? This is the 1st one ever posted off of my album that came out in 2007. The 2 blues improv vids were 1st to test the waters with the youtube audience, then we started posting vids of songs on the record. Glad you enjoyed it. This is a fav of mine to play, & a fav by allot of my fans. Rock on, & don't worry about the chops., your doing fine!
