@WuHa105 i use this phone everyday for my normal phone, i just use it for text messaging and phone calls! i love it! its very durable! im a mechanic and constantly drop my phone, this is by far the strongest touchscreen smartphone out there!

It's a very nice phone, looks sleek too, but it's so complicated. I don't need a smart phone, just a text messaging phone, but I may be buying a used one for $40... anyone know if this is good?
(I would just be using it as a basic phone)

does it need a data plan

BTW, add &fmt=18 to the end of the URL to see it in the high quality version. I have no idea why it doesn't offer that automatically.

Is this coming to AT&T anytime soon? or is it only for sprint?

This particular version is only for Sprint, but Palm has often in the past made multiple versions for multiple carriers. I expect we will see it on networks beyond Sprint eventually, but whether or not AT&T, I can't really say.

If you want it bad enough and already have a contract with AT&T you could buy it unlocked since it's available through Rogers on GSM in Canada.
The drawback is it costs a LOTTT.. and unlocked would be even more painful a price lol

That is the Centro you are thinking of. They look similar but have little in common. The Centro is already available from AT&T.
