Hey, I', hoping you will stick respond to comments on this video. I'm player in the UK. I go to a club and whilst we have a couple of Ex England players, they're not so good at coaching. I need a website or some place where I can watch/read about flicking techniques. Sometimes i get it perfect and it goes miles, i'm struggling to lift it high and get it to go far though, it's like one or the other for me lol. Thanks in advance.

Oh my,please teach me how to do the inside flick... No idea how it works.. I own a pair of dorsal sticks but i can't seem to get the inside flicks right.. Any tips?

The first thing that people usually need to get right is trying to make the puck spin. It wont fly stable if its not spinning. (Just like a regualr flick). So aim to pull your elbow down to your hip to "cut the puck" realy quickly. And then I guess a lot of it is just pracice - Trying to build up muscles in your wrist and shoulder that barely get used.
