Lovin' Sound is pure magic. Thanks for posting this tune, it's one of the last songs I have needed to track down, with the net I've found almost everything else, this was a holdout because I didn't know who it was. Thanks again!

I saw them in concert when I was 17.... I never forgot it... besides their beauty, they had such talent....this makes me sad/happy...thank you!

Thank you I have been searching for"The creators Of Rain " for a long time.Same with "Summer Wages " Thought no one was ever going to post it.
You have made my day. I just loved listening to these 2 singing together. At that time I thought these 2 were the best and I really miss them. I still love listening to them.

My wife and I met Ian and Sylvia in Stratford, Ont. after a concert. They were great to talk with. Very open and candid. The "Lovin' Sound" album had just been released. Ian was not at all happy with the LP. He said it was a little too bland. But I loved it then and still do. But I loved everything they ever did. What voices!

Ahh, I miss them. The 15 tracks I have aren't nearly enough, even though you can't find any of them on here except You were on my mind...I should upload those someday. Thanks for the video. More people need to know about these guys.

I saw I & S at the Town Hall in 64, the New School in '65, Carnegie Hall, '66, Philarmonic Hall, '67, Cafe Au Go Go, '65, the Shafer Music Fest in Central Park, '66, all in NYC, had their first 9 albums, safe to say I was a fan. Fave albums, Four Strong Winds, Northern Journey, The Great Speckled Bird, all because of the complex musicianship, arrangements and song writing.
Thank you for the post, GSilver. Would love to hear some of their earlier stuff. He was so good, I always thought

I don't have everything by them. Maybe "Some Day Soon", and imperfect recording of Four Strong Winds. Hope someone else will give it attention. But I now have Love Is Strange by them.
