'Nuclear Bombs', are inhumane and intolerable to begin with. The only agreement is to dismantle, do away with and sign a treaty to end their production and prohibit their use. It is irresponsible and unrealistic to view nuclear war as a solution. This is no 'pie in the face contest' like an old movie skit.
