An important gourmet, an italian Chef, said me recently: "Jazz can fail restaurants" and after listening this track many many times I'm thinking - you know - maybe it is true for some reasons and an important one is when the jazz is so terribly beautiful that maintains the breath freezing: no hurry, no fear, no hungry, no thirst, no nothing at all; just a stunning, amazing, unavoidable, absolute and pure beauty.
