We bought a used copy of Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt that took forever to get running on our NES. Once it did, the graphics would occasionally display minor glitches. Three worlds in, white cracks began lining the screen from left to right, as if the corruption were chasing Mario. By 4-1, it had swallowed him whole, and it only got worse from there. Invisible pipes and platforms, coins indistinguishable from blocks, and cannons like bushes became the norm. We didn't plan on recording this; we just captured it as it happened.
