It is obvious that it really was a Tom & Jerry ripoff. It completely breaks the rules of Looney Tunes. Bugs being tormented and defeated? Wrong, just wrong. Not to mention that Tom and Jerry's version is better.

Check wikipedia. These were released the same year and both studio accused each other of plagiarism. Tom and Jerry won the Academy Award.

@DinoAgent69 this was released just before tom and jerry's version. you just happened to watch the tom and jerry version first. although their version is better in my opinion.
