The telescoping sliders extend out over the side of the vehicle for effortless loading and unloading of skis and snowboards. Just got a set of these along with some new whispbars from Yakima. Really nice. Didn't know you could mount the pull-top flush into the T-slot. I'll have to try that.

damn, wish i bought the slide top and not the flat top. I am only 5'2 and have an explorer so that would have come in handy. Maybe next year....
