Players:
College Of Marin (Women's Team 18yrs & up)
Predators/CJBA AAU teams (7 - 12yrs)
Team Training
- Teach players how to use teammates to improve skills
- Improving attack moves off dribble & triple threat
- Defensive & Pressure techniques through competition
- Understanding game situations (1on1 & 2on2 principles)
*Always give players high REPETITION
*Always design training based on SKILL level of players
*Always innovate drills with a purpose, able to transfer into GAME SITUATION
