@MrDavidPenwell Start light and then increase to your body weigth as you get stronger.

@MrDavidPenwell the db row is not to mimic a pull up but it hits the same muscle group as you would while you do a pull up witch is your lats

if you cant do a full bodyweight pullup how in the world would a light set of dumbbells mimic that movement? haha
