  • intense?he does 4 sets of each, each time...are they suppose to be 10 reps or what? seems realy realy short

  • @MrDavidPenwell Start light and then increase to your body weigth as you get stronger.

  • @MrDavidPenwell the db row is not to mimic a pull up but it hits the same muscle group as you would while you do a pull up witch is your lats
