How does it get oxygen when the chamber is sealed up? Does the propane tank contain oxygen as well? Or do you have to open the valve on the end of your chamber to get oxygen in for every shot? Please respond.

There's a fan inside the chamber that circulates air through the chamber when the ball valve on the end is opened. After 5 - 10 seconds, atmospheric conditions are restored within the launcher.

yo what kind of PSI is running through your pre-system? did you take a normal torch head and cut off the bent part and just strap on the tubing there, you know to be able to use the needle valve as a sort of regulator??...

The valve on the tank is a standard propane fueled pencil torch head. Yes, the hose is strapped to the valve using hose clamps.
Meter pressure works out to approximately 60PSI for a stoichiometric air/propane mixture.
