yo, ok, its looking good, your managing to crunch in which is good, id suggest try not extending your legs so straight out in each kick, try to kick and then stop your legs from fully extending, by stopping your kick half way youl be able to transfer your energy to lift your body..when you extend alot ,more energy gets released out and doesnt transer into lifting your body. can also practice hopping and holding on each hope, try with some slow beats. good luck, peace. reflex(k.o)
