You know, if everyone had that opinion Youtube wouldn't be the 3rd most entered website in the world. So obviouly very few have the same opinion as you, so why should they listen? Let google take care of their own website, they're obviously very good at it.

I like it. Its faster, more organized, there are more options for the video (quality, turn off captions, different screen size.) However, I do not like some things. Like the Channel settings and how you can't put spaces in your YouTube channel name.

Hi, most of the content is copyright free but there are several videos which are copyrighted (such as music videos). Either you remove all of them or push some ads. Due to the fact that users are hungry for good music and stuffs the reasonable solution is to have some ads on the videos. The layout is changed based on the users requests + designers contribution.
