Our son, Willie, got a homework assignment.

His worksheet teaches the proper amount of
calories to consume to have a normal weight.

The school teaches kids they can find their
familiar foods -- at any local fast food joint.
Surprise, surprise!

Could it be that our schools are actually
Suspect Number One in fostering obesity and
chronic illness?

Watch the video -- Willie and Dr. McDougall
explain.

  • And, it also wouldn't hurt to use those complex carbohydrates the Dr. recommends to GO TO THE GYM every now and again.

  • We've had so many run ins with the school system and food. Parents are the ones who buy most of the food kids eat. Schools assume they will never see a kid come thru their doors who likes vegetables. Bad combination.

  • Calories in calories out is a myth. Calories are not all the same. Sugar and grains are the cause of obesity.

  • @Hannahgirl132 He's smarter than most adults. I wish I was that smart when I was younger. Don't be annoyed by personality; rather, judge whether if what he's saying is true. He definitely had a great source. Dr Mcdougall.

  • THANKS SO MUCH !

  • 1/3 of the students overweight? Not at my school. There's only a couple fat kids. There's way more kids who are underweight.

  • I guess he's smart-ish. But I would say he's more annoying. And he acts like everyone else is stupid and he's a genious.

  • lol i love how this kids name is willie nelson XD

  • You can buy MSG at my local Coles :/

  • no country has the obesity problem that this country dose. MSG in one among a million reasons why. It's not just one thing!

  • MSG is illegal in Australia and yet they have the same obesity problem so BULL SHIT WEB FACT

  • Great observation but the problem lies squarely at the feet of parents. One would have to be living in a bubble not to know "McDonalds bad, Apple good"
