@Necronomnicon all I use youtube for is to download music videos, and convert them into audio only format. youtube has every song I have ever searched for, and all of them are very high quality. it also allows me to verify what it is that I'm downloading, before I waste my time saving it to my machine. how does that make me a moron?

@frosty1433 there are easier ways to get the songs, I only went through all of that youtube trouble a few times years ago, ever since I always manage to find what I am looking for on upload sites or as a last resort packed into a torrent, and I only select the song I need then it's done. It's very rare that I need to get them from a video and rip them into audio, my point up there was that the greedy studios assume it's that big of a deal and the songs are already everywhere.

@Necronomnicon The song was the Talking Heads , Psycho Killer, with a little part toward the end where he reflects and a few other brief lines from the flick in the video at good moments. youtube is Gay.

@Necronomnicon but you're mistaking.... this method is extremely easy, for the sole fact that I'm able to search for a song, easily find it, and preview it. the way I see it, with songs in a video, I instantly have the song once I load the page. I don't even have to wait for it to download, thanks to streaming.
