  • You can hear her breathes in between every line. That's how you know she was not lip -syncing ; truly perfect.

  • I don't know how I feel about this medley itself, but she sounds INCREDIBLE here. 4:22 just kills.

  • I watched this PBS broadcast in prison. (I was a counselor.) I loved the part (earlier than this clip) when the orchestra hit a bluesy, ballsy, sexy intro to "Blues in the Night." A massive hard-core thug perked up and said, "mmm-mmm-MMM! She be fixin' t' break it on down, don't she, Max!" Big Bernadette fan doing 35 to life...
