@Tyrano824 Dude, you gotta remember that half the people on the planet are introverts. They have no interest in being 'popular' and don't much care how many fans they may have. Lawson, Rainey, Doohan, Stoner, etc. are/were all quiet, focused, highly effective racers.
I don't give a flip about a rider's 'charisma,' I just want to see him ride and race like a maniac. If you want to be 'entertained' by a self-absorbed extrovert, you can always root for Flossi, Sasquatch or Tex.

I don't think he is non-charismatic. You don't have to act like a clown to have charisma. I think it is admirable that he is serious about his job and remains serious and works hard. Pedrosa doesn't seem to have much of a personality either, but I have heard away from the track he has a real sense of humor and is a great guy. I am sure Casey is the same.
