@DeyKallMePrincess As far as I know about the nose thing is father was a horrible person and would tell michael when he was a child he had a fat nose, so If thats the case I guess psychologically messed him up so he got plastic surgery done, but went over board with it.

I believe he had vitiligo, u can clearly see it. I know children who have it and they looked just like michael. The thing is, when your skin turns white, it's like a white person with african american features, it just looks wierd, like a albino person. Maybe that's why he changed his nose. Maybe he figured, if I look white, I may as well look better. A lot of stars have plastic surgery. Halle Berry had a nose job and no one's judging her. Im just saying.
