Ryan's site - http://www.captainfiddle.com Ryan plays a medley of 3 fiddle tunes on his violin - The Dickson County Blues from Dickson Tennessee, Shannons Slip, which is an original irish slip jig by Ryan, which commemorates an accident where his niece Shannon slipped and fell, and lastly a cajun two step dance tune. This video was recorded at a coffeehouse performance in The Unitarian Universalist Church of Greater Lynn, in Swampscott, Massachusetts. Ryan was invited to perform as "Captain Fiddle," and he brought along instruments which included flute, fiddle, accordion, pennywhistle, and banjo which appear in other uploaded videos. He is accompanied by Steve Brown on percussion instruments, and Jeff Lind on standup bass. Visit Ryan's web site for information on his performances, instructional videos, books, and recordings.
