I listen to his voice every prayer, he usually leads the prayer in the masjid in Anaheim, Ca.He's a very nice person and started teaching me how to read quran when I converted to Islam this past ramadan. If you're ever in the Anaheim area it's definatly worth it to stop by and hear his recitation. Salam

Wow this is really good eh :D It reminds me of another reciter but I don't know his name off hand** What does "Style of warsh" mean? Could anyone explain?? Wa Salaam Wa Rahmatullah

mzjwright - JazakAllah Khair for your comment. Rewayat Warsh or the style of Warsh is one of the 7 different styles that the prophet PBUH used to recite with. I hope that helps.

Mashallah, I am going to fountain valley to meet with a first muslim congressman who was sworn in using Thomas Jerfferesons Quran. I didn;t know our founding fathers had a Quran. I respect them very much and I love my Islam.

Yes our men should have beards but just cus someone doesn't don't mean their imaan is any lower than one with a beard. And some men are unable to grow it even if they really want to.

@muslimgiga actions are based on intention if he could grow a beard then it is his duty to fulfill the order of Allaah and if not then he is not required . Cutting the beard is an act of disobedience . would you say someone can be completely righteous after disobeying Allaah.

I'm not saying the brother is not good or anything of that nature maybe Allaah will change his heart and he will grow it InshALlaah if he can

growing the beard is definately WAJIB according to IJMA. BUT SINCE WHEN DID WE START JUDGING THE FAITH OF OUR FELLOW MUSLIMS BASED ON HAVING A BEARD??????

PEOPLE WITH no BEARD HAS DONE MORE FOR ISLAM THAN PPLE WITH BEARDS. THE BEARD IS NOT A "SIGN" OF FAITH. Rather Allah knows the state of hearts. Its not right for us to critic the righteous people when we ourselves are in fault.
