Boogie Woogie : Lasse Jensen - 2009 Ermelo Boogie Woogie Festival

The Movie starts with Lasse playing a solo piece in the Masterclass Room after just he had been given the exciting news he had been selected to play a piece during the main headline evening Concert Performance.

The 2nd part of the Movie shows Lasse being introduced to the stage by Dutch Pianist and Festival Organiser, Martijn Schok. Thy proceed to play a great Boogie Duet to the large and very appreciative festival audience.

Lasse is definitely a rising star star on the European Boogie scene - watch out for him at more Festivals including the UK in July 2009 and Belgium in December.

Yes it's true that I plan on doing transcribing the piece. So far, I have it set for 2011. I have quite a few tunes to do before I get to Blohm's Boogie.. Pieces like "Jumpin' the 88's" by Silvan Zingg.. Perhaps I'll do "Blohm's Boogie" after Silvan's piece, which means it'll be the first tune I do in 2011. Depending on the difficulty of the piece, I spend 1-2 months on transcribing it to perfection.
