Wow, beautiful and relaxing. What type of papaya do you grow? I live in Southern California. You think I can do something similiar on a third of an acre? What are those little twirly worms. Thanks for the education on papayas.

Thanks for the tour, beautiful garden you have there. only place I know in S. Fla that has land that fertile looking is down in Homestead. My Mom, lives in Hollywood Fla. after 6 inches, its all beach sand lol. but our mango and sapodilla is does well there.

@gilgamesh1962 - I actually live near Naples, Homestead is about 1 hour away or so, I amend my soil with loads of free tree mulch from a friend. I spread about 12 inches per year on top of what I have. I also raise rabbits for meat and manure, that keeps things fertile as well. I live in an area where many people are from the islands and they all come to pick my papayas to make that shake you were talking about! I usually just eat them with lime and sugar.
