Vista R. O. C. 2006

Vista R. O. C. (revitalize our community) is an annual event where residential sections of the city are renewed and cleaned up. Houses are pianted, yards tidied up, lawns are planted, and more work is done by volunteers. The event is organized by the Vista city council and sponsored by local businesses, with many local non-rpofit organizations and social groups helping out with the event.
