  • Yoland, thank you for sharing with us. I'm Italian descent, and we use parsely,

    not as a garnish, but as an ingredient in cooking...in meatballs, soups, in bread crumbs, and sometimes we make parsley salad with vinagrette dressing. It has many health benefits, so we use it as often as we can, of course, preferring the milder Italian parsley, but curly parsley will do in a pinch.

  • @glennsftn It can be used as either. Curly leaf parsley is often used as a garnish.
