make sure your elbows are out of the way of each other so that you can cross your arms hard.
jump high to clear the rope. it will strengthen your legs. You should keep your legs tucked underneath you. This gets your body used to staying in a fetal position tuck while moving and springing.
Pretty damn good! Your didn't even really mess up in your routine.
