@jthesnake77 I've heard all of them, and you make a valid point.However i never said I.T was great in respect to his technicality. Some of the guys who you have mentioned, yes, are technically brilliant but that should then be in a different category than those mentioned. Yes Kool G Rap is a legend in his work and has inspired many although i am not talking about those who invented the art, i am talking about those who have PERFECTED it.

I like all these guys (only one i LOVE is Big L and then probably Possessed and R.A the Rugged Man are tied...IT I liked when I was younger, but dude is repetitive and not TECHNICALLY that great). Artisit like rhyme asylum never get tha shine they deserve because tha industry luvs makin money off sex & autotune / hip hop isnt dead but lyricism is,but some rappers got it on a respirator....we should encourage universal sounds like i know its crazy but dem Africanz is comin up to man...a group called Ghetto Intell n i heard dey was from sudan.....dey got sick punch lines n word play,but i cant find more than a couple tracks on line / one lifespan & axis of evil.....check'em out
