Tezuka uses his ultimate move Dinosaur Extinction (i.e. Tezuka Zone) to annihalate his opponent. Credit goes to the animators of the Prince of Tennis movie, which was pretty bad compared to the series. Prince of Tennis usually has over the top animations, but they're kept at a semi-reasonable level. The movie,however, takes it to an unfathomable level that it should not be going to.

As far as I know, killing the dinosaurs isn't prohibited from typical tennis matches. I've killed the dinosaurs on numerous occasions.
