This tree was about 40' tall with a trunk around 18" in diameter. Same as the last... there was no felling notch or anything... just a couple straps, chains, clevis's, and pure Duramax power!! Didn't have to floor it or anything... just put some tension on the setup and let the truck run at idle. Tree ripped right down no problems. When it landed it did catch the other tree though, so when i tried to drag it (around 1:45 into the clip) the chains snapped and the middle clevis snapped back at the truck. Luckily it was a direct shot to my pulling hitch instead of the tailgate... so no damage.

@jonathanhamm88 They ALL have aluminum heads. And the problem with aluminum heads isn;t the aluminum, it's that they expand at a different rate than steel when heated, which can cause headgasket problems. But, that;s not a very common problem.

ya heard wrong then. yes some of them come with aluminum heads and no they dont crack. aluminum heads dissipate heat fairly quickly so it makes them more efficient and better.
