I make my living online and the way this would affect me personally and any online businesses is that bigger companies would be able to pay internet service providers to allow users to have faster access to their websites as opposed to those who can't afford to pay. So the result would be that it would take twice as long for my website to load as MSN or Ebay and obviously stifle competition and enable many more monopolies.

Excellent video. This issue is of great concern to me. Thank you for posting this. If the cable companies privatize the internet its pretty much over for all of us. They will charge for everything, including email, and direct us to websites that suit them. It's a very scary proposition and if it happens I will remove myself from the computer all together.
