@B1E1L1U1G1A Actually, right when he shows the frog you can see a glimpse of the dorsolateral ridges, which are thick white lines, characteristic of pickeral frogs. Also, seeing how this was shot in kentucky, if it was a leopard frog, it would be the Southern leopard. But I have seen many leopard and pickeral frogs and can say with almost 100% certainty that it is a Pickeral frog. BTW, leopards don't have yellow coloration.
@ ThatAnimalGuy Sorry man that is a Leopard frog. There are actually several pattern variation for the Northern Leopard frog including ones with and without the white "round spots" scattered down the back. Although its arguable that it could be a Pickeral frog due to the yellow coloring behind the legs the Northern Leopard frog also exhibits this coloration. The only real way to tell the two apart would be the difference in the dorsolateral ridge going down their backs. But we cant see it all.
Your leopard looks like a pickeral frog to me. Leopards don't typically have that yellow color under the legs, its actually a defining characteristic of pickeral frogs. Leopards also have small round spots scattered down the back while pickerals will have usually two rows of irregular shaped blotches.
Cool Jordan, I like the editing.
