Here's something else most people don't know. The Canola oil that is supposed to be so healthy for us was originally a lubricant for machine parts before it was approved for food use.

ummm liquid margarine .. the guy who invented it was trying to make a new plastic and by mistake came out with margarine. the stuff it gray and dyed to make it look like butter. want to die of cancer eat margarine... ill stick with butter and making my own egg mcmuffin at home .
