Here is the link I described in the video:

The project was quite frustrating. It is not a very hard project but one slight error and you end up spending a long time fixing your mistakes. For example, when installing the halos the second time, I accidentally ripped the wire off the halo after I had the car put back together. This meant that I had to take it all apart again and fix the halo. The project should have been fast but errors like those ended up costing me a lot of time.

What I show in the video are projector fog lights with LED halo rings and HID bulbs. I also installed VIP 300C's ground lights (http://vip300c.com/Products/Ground_LED/index.htm). I wired the halos and the ground lights to switches in the car. I also displayed the red LED angry eye headlights.

Total cost for this project was actually very low. The projector fog lights were $115 from http://www.slickcar.com (with a $5 off coupon). The halos were about $16 on eBay shipped to my door. The HIDs I had but I think you can find them on eBay for about $50 to $100 (I believe I'm using the 6000k color with is as close to stock HIDs as I could find. The underbody ground LED lights were $90 shipped to my door. I probably have about $25 in wires and connections. The red headlight LED strips were $10 per side and I had a total of 2 in each headlight and then another set in the fog lights that I have yet to install. The addition 12v outlet was $5 from Advanced Auto Parts. So all in all, the project as not exactly "cheap" but considering my LED day time running lights ran me over $800, this project was cheap and really makes the car stand out.

  • How much did you get those caps with the LEDs for? If you don't mind me asking.

  • @michaelmorteo the LEDs came with the wiring and the plastic caps. $850 US dollars. plus the cost of painting them to match my car.

  • Nevermind, you took the ring out. LOL. It looked better with old halo housing just because my C had all the chrome trimming in the middle.

  • Nice vid, but you get a better look with the Grand Cherokee fogs. I remember when the post came up on the forms and was the only one in Central Texas other than the originator. The project was only $200 total.

  • nice video's and channel

  • U dont need capacitors for tha fogz-only for tha low beamz. Tha reason sum of yer LEDz are flickering iz due them being hooked up to tha DRLz.If tha LEDz arent designed to handle tha voltage that DRLz dish outthey will eventually all die out-of course this is just my opinion.

  • sick car

  • An excellent mod for the 300c
