@TheFlynnBryce .. hey no worries, I know its too small for that weight right? but the thing is this bag was locally made. its got a zipper opening at the top and is filled with sawdust and has a hard foam lining. I put it on the scale and it weighed 60 with the chain attachments. so maybe its aroung 58 or so.

He has boxing, muay thai and mma oriented (fighting and all round fitness variations) audio workouts all in with one dvd set, and they are HARD :), and ill do anything bass says, cos he's nails.
you really good but you dont move around enough, you can't stay in one place, dont get too close too the bag all the time and you need more combos, this isn't wing chun it's boxing
thanks. Your right. Ive been trying to work on not falling over and working the bag at range. Combo wise i was trying to follow the audio background and i think the call for combos were a little less since its the first round.
Hey, no disrespect, but no way in hell does that bag weigh 60 kilograms.
