  • Wow, that was wonderful. What a lovely tone that bassoon has! It's an ongoing challenge finding bass players for an early music group - we lost our viola da gamba / cello / lute / etc player last year when she went off to the big city, and currently we have a trombone and a bass recorder trading off.
