Castaways- Liar, Liar

It's pretty obvious that they're miming this for the camera, but it's still a cool song, and video. This song was a big hit at the time, and this clip comes from the rare beach party movie, "It's a Bikini World" (1967). To me, it looks like the dancing girl is really hamming it up for the camera. This is her moment to shine, man! I always wonder, what becomes of these uncredited movie extras? Who is this girl? Did she ever make it big in dancing? Did she drop out of show business and marry rich? I love it when I actually hear the stories. Some people come out of show business great, while others aren't so lucky. The Castaways pretty much built their career around this hit song and performed for decades after its release.
