There is a current know bug with the communication between XSplit and Justin.tv and Twitch.tv. If you are still having issues I would recommend visiting the XSplit forums. Instead of asking the same question :)

@xCiciWildlands You can select the resolution for 1280x720 in XSplit. Please note that you must have a sufficient internet connection for 720p streaming and your computer will need to be able to handle it. For more information please visit XSplit.com

When write down your username in the settings, ur name also gets entered in the channel thing. When i do it no username gets in the channel so the folder gets blank. Help plz!

When I use a total media extreme with a hd pvr it lags and I have 3mb upload speed my total media extreme uses too much CPU apparently?
