dude you are an awesome drummer so dont think that i am dissin on you. But really your flipping the sticks all the time is almost too much. Thats just my opinion. And i would love to see how you do in a band just to see if i can prove a point. You are so good at covers can you write your own stuff? (not trying to be rude or a jerk). I cant cover hardly anything without working on it. But i am amazing at writing my own stuff. Sometimes i wonder where it comes from. Even when i sit on my set.

when you cup the mic the lows go away and when you dont you get a nice full sound. you can also put noise gates on the toms to reduce cymbal noise!

Dude you rock! I cant help but notice that you have tape around the edges of your tom mics Im guessing you are trying to keep cymbal noise out of the drum mics, but that is not a good idea. anything that covers the vents on the side of a dynamic microphone keeps the diaphragm from getting full range of motion because it cant breath out the back. This cuts the low frequencies dramatically. What im saying is easy to prove. Grab a vocal mic and some studio headphones and listen to the difference.

@bitzboy123 It's just how Luke Holland plays his drums. He likes the stick tricks so he does them. So many people comment saying they want him to teach them, so just let the guy have his fun :) Plus it's pretty hard to get ALL of his stick tricks incorporated into his playing. So it isn't really showing off, it's just Luke being Luke.

@bitzboy123 not dissing on you either bitzboy but the stick flips become like a sense of rhythm and timing to where they become a habit and help to perform this well
