So interesting. Makes me wish makeup in the 21st century was as evolutionary or politically/socially entwined. Nowadays styles and trends change so quickly and there is this mish mash of looks that makes it hard to pinpoint what the big looks were for 2000s and 2010s. So far I can only think: dewy skin & nude/natural lips. :S Sounds so boring compared to the other decades doesn't it?

I love these videos, it's so interesting.
Lisa could you make a video specifically on how to do 1940s make up as I know the liner and lips where done a little different then from the 50s.
Thanks

I absolutely loved these two videos! I'm fascinated by the entire history of makeup and I would also love to see history on Egyptian, Geisha makeup as well, it would be lovely. I could watch these for hours!
