Olivia Newton-John Easterling - Not Gonna Give Into It

During her last tour a film about Martin Strel, who swam the Amazon (http://www.bigriverman.com/), was projected while OLivia sang "Not Gonna Give Into It.".

For me this song has always been very and deeply linked to Olivia and her fight against breast cancer, but that night this song touched me in in a new way. I realized, indeed, that the song could be perfectly linked to what happen to Amazon Rainforest and rainforests everywhere on the planet.

So this montage came in my mind....In June 11,1990 , the UN appointed Olivia Newton-John as its 1st Goodwill Ambassador to the Environment....in 1992 she produced a six-minute video of celebrities urging President Bush to attend the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro.....She's now the wife of "Amazon" John Easterling, a fervent defender of Amazonia and founder of Amazon Herb Co which sell Herbs and botanicals derived from the Amazonian rainforest .The herbs are hand harvested fresh and inspected, never fumigated or irradiated.

Olivia and John, will be promoting the health benefits of herbs (and particularly the last product "ZAMU"), associated with the preservation of the Rainforest in differents cities during the month of April, and are members of the Board of Directors of the Amazon Center for Environmental Education and Research ( ACEER.org ) - an organization dedicated to bringing teachers and environmental educational materials to the children in Rainforest villages.
