It is not impossible, a classmate and I did it in our chem class. Anyway, just hold it in and wait for your saliva to build up to get it down....slowly. It took about 5 min to finish swallowing it, but I did it (so did my classmate). No, I did not drink water until it was all gone and the spoonful was about the same as in this video.
