La comunidad de Bau Pono en Ipetí
I recently had the opportunity to stay with the Emberá (eM′- bar- rah) Indians in the community of Bau Pono (which in the Embera language translated to Spanish means "New Village") in Ipetí, Kuna de Madungandí province of Panama.

The village called BAU-PONO Embera language in Spanish means "New Village". Ipetí is a town in the Kuna de Madungandí province of Panama.

  • How people live there is amazing! Such a nice country. I really wanna go there on holiday, and see much more of that country. I love south america soo much. Holland sucks and amsterdam is a small boring town compared with other capitals.

  • cool

  • The girls are so beautiful. It's a shame that they lead a hard life and get old looking fast.

  • cool

  • Thank you for sharing lovely music (Mozart's 23rd Piano Concerto, I believe) and these lovely people, and with such fine photography. Shame it was cut short.

  • beau peuple grande culture!

  • @GeekDrop: Mozart - Piano Concerto No. 21 - Andante

  • Anyone know the name and artist of this song? I'm not too well versed on my classical. =)
