This is the Cheydinhal Recommendation for the Mages Guild.

Summary:
Speak to Falcar about the recommendation.
Speak to Deetsan and get the key and the Buoyancy spell.
Head to the well. (Warning, the ring is HEAVY.)
Retreive the ring and return to the Cheydinhal Mage's Guild.
Speak to Deetsan.
Go to Falcar's room.
Unlock his cabinet and retreive the two Black Soul Gems.
Speak to Deetsan about the recommendation.

@ToBeDeterminedLater yea but you get a free spell for water breathing... but my game glitched and the Ring fell outside the Walls... i really want to get into the mages guild, and do not want to restart as i am already very far into my mages career... Any way i can reset the quest on the PS3?
