Wow, a lot sure has happened in the comics, thought that shouldn't be too surprising. Last X-Men comic I bought was back when they were still publishing Generation-X.

I always liked Emma. So, is Scott was sleeping with Emma, was Jean sleeping with Wolverine, or did she get a taste of what it was like for Scott all those years she was playing around with Wolverine behind his back?

Scott and Emma had a physic affair while Jean was alive, they didn't start sleeping together until she died. There was a moment in Phoenix Endsong when Jean/Phoenix came back and she and Logan almost slept together.

I agree with this, I love Emma and Jean and think they're great characters but the JeanxScott romance has run its course and was stale for a long time before she died. I don't know if I agree that she should end up with Logan but I think they had great chemistry together so why not?

@TheRobbietayee not that I know of, but neither did Scott and Emma until after Jean died. They're affair was all in their minds before that.

Emma's influence shows facets of Cyclops' personality. Emma forces Scott to confront his demons, whereas Jean would rather Scott simply turn away from them. Although Scott is flawed, Jean's influence kept him good to the core (a trait that attracts Emma to him). Emma dare not try to change the very traits in Scott she finds fascinating (the virtues instilled in him by Xavier and Jean), but she does force him to make peace with his flaws.

Also, if someone below commented on how Emma should be in jail. Following that logic, so should Wolverine, Gambit, Rogue, Magneto, Juggernaut, X-23, Elixir...most of these mutants have committed outright murder and are in the X-Men.

I have no idea where people are getting the idea that Scott was coerced into being with Emma. Read the comics, have a little common sense, and you'll see that they're rather perfect for each other. Rather than him having to fight to keep Jean's interest, which he did, Emma already finds him fascinating. I just find it interesting thatg people despise Emma for her past, but are so quick to forgive Remy or Rogue for theirs.
