  • I snapped my ACL doing ballet as well and much like her I was back in rehab 2-3 days after surgery. This was back in 1995 and I am still working as a performer. I don't do ballet on stage anymore, my passion took me into acrobatics and aerial circus. I wish Sarah Hairston a long and wonderful career and the wisdom we both have after a injury like this is as she says - don't ever take it for granted.

  • A girl at my studio had the same thing happen to her and I feel strongly that it is always possible to go back to dance

  • that sucks

  • Would be great if the video had audio

  • nice. the girl is quite cute looking.
