Yes kids, that IS indeed Joe "UFC" Rogan... about 15 years ago. He was pretty fit and I believe he trained and competed in Martial arts (not MMA). At this time he was probably working on the comedy show "NewsRadio".
You must remember at this point he was mostly known for being a sitcom comedian, and the UFC/MMA was barely on the pop culture radar, it was still a bit underground compared to today.
This clip is also funny because he does look very similar to Bruce Testones...
