Another good advise for sellers may be: bake a bread! I know it sounds curious, but it works: The smell of fresh baked bread reminds the buyer to their childhood and give them the feeling of coming home. Instinctively they'll feel well and secure. But (!!!) Don't forget to clan up the kitchen before your buyers arrive.

Thanks for the great video. If you don't have the funds or the time for anything else, may I add --- GET RID OF THE CLUTTER!! As a photographer I can shoot around a lot of things, but tons of clutter can ruin a shoot. Yep, what people look at to decide whether they are even going to even consider your property.
