A test shot of Anubis for the cinematic for a Soul Caliber type fighting game I am programming for the iPhone. Modeled and rendered in Lightwave, animated in Blender.
can you really help me with something? I'm going to use your videos here for an example. When Anubis grabs the swords it looks like they become parented to his hands. How do you have a static object (like a rock, or glass) and the character grabs it and it becomes parented to him? Or have guns on his waist (parented to him) and he grabs them with his hands and his palm becomes the new parent? Did that make any sense? I can't find any tuts on this. Please help?
Superb! That is absolutely beautiful architecture, design, and character modeling.
The animation is really good. I think some of us have gotten used to seeing motion capture animation and have forgotten what skill is required to actually create an animation. Thanks for sharing.
Where did you find those textures? I love them
