great to know that gps isn't accurate 100%, the readings are not correct and that simply based off the number of readings you can go back to court, no physical or provable evidence is needed. Any lawyer would destroy this LEO's case on the stand. He has no evidence other then an inaccurate devices readings. I wish you would do a report on the crimes committed by criminals wearing these devices in which the OFFICER failed to do act on the violations, thus a crime was allowed to happen.

that officer is lying, just because they have a gps signal that says your in a specific location that doesn't mean you physically are or arent there, as you showed while sleeping. He caught you speeding, I caught him lying. he says, "We would know that YOU were at the bar. It showed when YOU entered the bar, and then YOU left at 9:30". He can only prove the device signaled at those locations. He can't prove YOU were, only the device was. Based on the number of readings you go back to court???
