I met Sophie again after such a long time and i stayed over there for the weekend,it was great to see her again and to skate together again!we had so much fun!!!I miss her already!!hope u like the video Sophie!Here's the link of Sophie's channel!!she's an awesome skater!!i'm sooooo jealous of her sit spins!!

If she actually is doing meets, she needs to get her knee up on her axel. I'm doing doubles. But only a single axel. Trying to sqeeze. Check out this:

I just adore your footwork, I bet durring competitions you just have that presence that makes the audience go "WOW!" .... your spins are after improving quite a bit also, and your axle is getting better. You have a good take off now and you pivit, to jump higher into the position just bend your skating leg more and bring your free leg up higher... I know its easier said then done , it just takes time I'm sure you'll get it tho :)
